Who We’re Looking For

CTECH is building a regional technical team supporting organizations across Western Pennsylvania. Most work is performed remotely and in client environments. Candidates should be located within reasonable driving distance of Monessen, PA and surrounding counties.

We operate in a hybrid field-based model – combining remote support, on-site client work, and periodic in-person coordination as we grow.

Core Technical Roles

IT Support Specialist (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

Ideal for professionals with strong Microsoft 365 and endpoint experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Endpoint management (Intune, Defender, device lifecycle)
  • Help desk support and issue resolution
  • Patch management and system updates
  • Backup monitoring and recovery coordination
  • Documentation and client communication

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with structured IT policies and procedures
  • MSP or multi-client environments
  • HIPAA-regulated environments

Systems & Security Engineer (Tier 2 / Tier 3)

For experienced professionals ready to help build secure client environments.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Identity & access architecture (Entra ID / Conditional Access)
  • EDR deployment and security hardening
  • Network and firewall configuration
  • Backup & disaster recovery strategy
  • Compliance alignment (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2 concepts)
  • Incident response coordination

Highly Valued Experience:

  • Healthcare IT environments
  • HITRUST-aligned environments
  • SOC 2 awareness
  • Risk assessments and security frameworks

Security & Compliance Focus

Many of our clients operate in regulated or risk-sensitive industries.

Experience working with:

  • HIPAA-regulated organizations
  • HITRUST-aligned environments
  • SOC 2 security categories
  • NIST-based cybersecurity frameworks

is strongly preferred.

Work Structure

  • Roles may begin as contract-to-full-time depending on experience and fit.
  • Hybrid / remote flexibility is available.
  • On-site client visits are required.
  • Candidates must be located within a practical driving distance of Monessen, PA.

As we expand regionally, team members may support clients within a several-hour radius. Reliable transportation is required.
