Data Retention

CTECH (Crosby Technology Services LLC) retains personal and business data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

What We Retain

We retain:

  • Contact information submitted through our forms
  • Account or billing data for service subscribers
  • Business communications (email, support tickets)
  • Security logs and analytics metadata (limited and anonymized where possible)

Retention Periods

  • Contact form submissions: up to 12 months from date of submission
  • Client records and contracts: 7 years for legal/accounting compliance
  • Service logs, backups, and ticketing data: 3 to 7 years, depending on regulatory or contractual requirements
  • Email or Microsoft 365 tenant-related data: follows client’s own data retention policies, unless explicitly managed by CTECH

Data Deletion

You may request that we delete your personal data by emailing privacy@ctech-services.com. Certain records may be retained if required by law or legitimate business needs.
